New Moon Poster!!

Hey Twilighters,

AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ANOTHER one of the best posters I've ever seen. Well, not really. If they cut out Jacob and made Edward and Bella look at each other it would be the best. Yeah.

But look at his shirt! Oh my GOD! SOOO much better than the lame black v-necks in the twilight movie. I now officially am going to start appreciating Chris Weitz. Thank you!

And his posture really influences the mood of the picture. He is positioned as if he is almost turning his back on Bella, but he looks really sad and hesitant-- his hands look like they are hesitating to reach back and take her again.

..I'm sorry...i think...I've...........melted................................aaarrrrrgggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh

excuse me.......

And THANK GOODNESS his hair is still perfect and long! If they had changed his hairstyle, I would have had a huge twilight-freak-out session. Again, thank you Chris Weitz, for preventing me from doing that. I think the New Moon movie will be even better than the Twilight movie. You know, closer to the book. But with restrictions. If we got rid of Jacob, it would be better.

Anyways, go here to see a better, zoom-in-able picture. Or you could just click on the picture that's shown.

Twilight: The Score

Guess what Twilighters?!

I got the Twilight Score off of Amazon.com!!!!

Oh my GOSH, their music is SO awesome, and I think I just found my favorite song in the world. It's "I know what you are" by Carter Burwell. It's extremely mysterious and compelling, while also being very powerful. It's Edward's theme when he goes out into the forest with Bella after she researches vampires.

And the violin solo in that song is awesome; the vibratos are just where they should be, and the amount of passion is incredible. I would imagine the violinist closing his eyes and "dancing" while playing that song (a tribute to Mrs. HeffenCramer)Also, when the violin and the guitar play the main theme once again it just sounds SO good, and it gets stuck inside your head so easily and never gets out. Which happened to me for two days straight. I was going nuts until I bought the CD

You MUST watch it on YouTube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seYICrKnAEE&feature=related

It never gets old! And neither does twilight! :D

My Midnight Sun Dream (finally)

Thanks for reminding me about posting this Akhila, I almost forgot :D. It's 8:48 pm right now and I was checking my e-mail....

Anyway,
Last night I had another twilight dream. I was in this building that was sort of like an airport and...you know...that expo place, where they hold "pet expos" and all that. There was a long hall, or pathway that cut through one of the rooms. On the right side of the hall were chairs, like the blue plastic ones at our school, grouped up and facing a projecter that you could roll up, like Mr. McManus's white...projecter thingy. On the left side of the hall were little rooms, each dedicated to a genre of books. There was one room entirely dedicated to twilight; three sides of the wall were lined with twilight, new moon, eclipse, breaking dawn, catherine hardwicke's director's journal, and finally, Midnight Sun. (I've attached a picture of the layout of the book expo place.) I grabbed Midnight Sun off the shelf; there was a display of the newest sequel in the center of the room... I grabbed it, eyes wide and jaw dropped to the floor. I thought Stephenie Meyer was never going to publish it, and I was going to writhe in pain from lack of edward until she did. And then I would read it until I would be reduced to a pool of liquid dripping down from my chair...

Oops, I'm going off topic!

ANYWAY,
I asked the strawberry blonde sales lady how much it was, and she said it was $10.99. A smile broke across my face, and I shoved it into her arms and broke out into a sprint across the room, to the ocean of chairs, where I'd kept my plaid bag. Strangely enough, she was there before I'd reached, and so I walked with her back to the counter in the twilight room and bought the book.

I stared at the book, walking back to my chair. It was pretty short; the cover looked something like the
Slumdog Millionaire DVD cover, except that Edward was the only one there, and he was the one running. It reminded me of one of the pictures from the movie when I'd seen them climbing trees. He was covered in a blue-green foggy haze, with flashes of yellow and white light shot across his shoulders...Edward was probably running very fast. And his face, apart from looking gorgeous, looked exhilarated. I've attached a picture of them running so you would get an inkling of what it looked like. And I've also attached a picture of the Slumdog Millionaire DVD cover.

ANYWAY,
When I'd opened it viciously, there were so many words in just one page that I was immediately overwhelmed by it and my eyes unfocused. After they did focus, however, it w
as hard to understand because Midnight Sun was written in old english. This suprised me, because Edward was born in 1901, and they didn't use old english back then. Also, twilight was published in 2005, and old english was definetely still not used. It think it must have been some kind of passage out of an older, medieval version of the Bible, or a play from Shakespeare. Yes, Shakespeare. But it couldn't have been Shakespeare because there was a picture of the Last Supper on the next page. This was not Da Vinci's version of the last supper, because the apostles had tan, shiny heads and their halos shone, like it popped out from the page.
This dream was weird. I guess that my dream couldn't have contained any more spoilers, because that is where it ended. And even though I read it in my dream, and my brain processed the information, I forgot what it said. I'm sorry. But it reminded me of a journal entry. You know, one of the deleted scenes in the twilight DVD where Bella says "it's like a hundred years worth of journals." It might have been those. Only... if Carlisle had created him in the sixteen hundreds, when Carlisle was also born...
Well, that's it...I guess. I'll bet that this is the longest post I've written!!! It's 9:21 pm now!
